Refuds & Cancellation
1. TerraXYZ hosts and manages payment and delivery of a product and its license to a member on behalf of the store which provides the product.
2. If upon payment of a product, the digital data of that product is not delivered to the member for any technical reason, we will make our best efforts to deliver the product to the member in a timely manner using appropriate online tools if needed.
3. Products purchased will be accessible in the member payment history, and will be available for re-download for free for at least one week after the purchase. Thereafter the store owner may remove the product from the store, and TerraXYZ will have not be responsible for the accessibility of the online product.
4. The member will have an opportunity to preview a product or contact the store for clarifications about a product before purchase. However, after a product is purchased by a member it is not refundable, since the products are digital files which can be viewed/duplicated and returning such a digital product is not feasible.
